The signature wine of the 31st and 32nd generations of winemakers of the Prinz Salm family. It embodies the style of two generations who together express the terroir and the long history of the estate in one wine.

The nose reveals an elegant, multifaceted Riesling aroma with notes of juicy apple, ripe stone fruit, and a hint of delicate citrus freshness. On the palate, there is a harmonious balance of fine minerality and an invigorating, vibrant residual sweetness that gives the wine liveliness and tension. The fruit is clear and precise, supported by a fresh, well-integrated acidity.

The long finish remains present, round, and at the same time fruity-fresh – a Riesling with expression, elegance, and a lasting impression.
