All orders are executed exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions, which you acknowledge by placing an order. Our offer is non-binding; orders placed by you are deemed accepted upon sending of an invoice or delivery. We kindly request that complaints about obvious defects or shortages be reported to us in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

We reserve the right of ownership of the delivered wines, including packaging, until full payment has been received.

The current price list applies.

All products from our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights.
