Orders can be placed in the online shop, by email, fax or phone.

 

Shipping

Prices include all statutory taxes and packaging from Weingut Prinz Salm. Prices for deliveries to other countries upon request.

We deliver free of charge within Germany for orders of 12 bottles or more, or with a merchandise value of 180.00 € or more.

For orders under 12 bottles or with a merchandise value under 180.00 €, the following shipping and packaging costs apply:

Within Germany 13,- €
EU 20,- €

We deliver by UPS parcel service; for orders of 60 bottles or more, we use a forwarding agent.  

Delivery of goods takes place within 2-5 working days after conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment.

 

Delivery information for EU countries

We deliver to many EU member states (Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Austria). Shipping to the following countries is currently not possible: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
International delivery costs are a flat rate of 20.00 € per shipment.

 

Delivery information for live wine tasting packages

All orders for live wine tastings received by 11 AM two days before the tasting will reach you in time for the live wine tasting. If you order a "Live Wine Tasting at Home" package and additionally purchase wines, shipping costs will be waived.

You can also transfer the invoice amount via PayPal to weingut@prinzsalm.de 

We expect your payment within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless you have agreed on individual payment terms or conditions with us. For first orders, we deliver – as is customary – against prepayment. To save you and us unnecessary costs, we forgo a multi-stage dunning process. According to §286 Abs. 3 BGB, as a debtor, you automatically fall into default 30 days after the due date and receipt of the invoice, without the need for a reminder. If you are a consumer, we will specifically inform you of these consequences in our invoice. We may charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with § 288 BGB. Furthermore, you must bear all costs of any subsequent judicial dunning process. Therefore, please contact us in good time if payment delays are foreseeable.
