The Pinot Noir grapes for our La Principessa grow in our rose garden in Bingen – a special terroir that gives the sparkling wine its fine characteristics. After traditional bottle fermentation (Méthode champenoise) and 42 months on the lees, this grower's sparkling wine develops a seductive bouquet of cassis, wild berries, rose, and elderflower. A delicate brioche note rounds off the fragrant interplay of aromas. Summer-light and carefree, it is accompanied by a gentle effervescence that makes you long for the next glass.
