With the FELSENECK Wallhausen Riesling Brut, we present a sparkling wine of the highest caliber. It is produced using the Méthode Champenoise and has been classified as VDP.SEKT.PRESTIGE®, the top class of German sparkling wines.

The 2020 vintage was allowed to mature for an exceptionally long period, 50 months on the lees – significantly longer than the 36 months required for this category. This patience pays off: a fine, creamy perlage, great depth, and an elegant structure characterize this sparkling wine.

The precise acidity typical of Riesling from the Nahe lends freshness and tension, while the long lees aging produces complex aromas and a silky mouthfeel. A grand, expressive sparkling wine with remarkable finesse and a long finish – created for truly special moments.
