Our white wine cuvée - fresh, sparkling, and wonderfully light. With its animating fruit and gentle perlage, it appears both lively and invigorating. Fine aromas of citrus fruits, juicy apple, and delicate floral notes emerge on the nose.

On the palate, it presents itself harmoniously and sprightly: the filigree nature of the Riesling provides freshness and precision, the Burgundy gives the wine structure and a pleasantly rounded body, while the Scheurebe contributes a fragrant, playful note with its floral aromatics.
