In 2020, Princess Victoria made her vision a reality: the first Chardonnay vines in the winery, planted in the VDP.Große Lage KIRCHBERG in Bingen. Six carefully selected Burgundy clones found their ideal home in the calcareous soil, laying the foundation for a Chardonnay with a special personality.

Four years later, the Chardonnay "V" is presented in its second edition. After a short maceration period, it matured for ten months in Tonneau barrels, giving it a fine structure, elegance, and a subtle hint of wood that beautifully underlines its fruity nuances.

The result is a Chardonnay of remarkable finesse: elegant, complex, and profound, with clearly recognizable single-vineyard characteristics – a wine that showcases its class both in the glass and with fine dishes.
