Four different soil types compete to see which can make a greater impression: red slate, green slate, limestone, and Taunus quartzite. The wines were aged separately. After fermentation, we had a cuvée tasting and determined the percentage of each wine that would go into the Lagencuvée.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Lagencuvée shows incredible concentration and structure, which feels firm and elegant at the same time. It is like a prima ballerina with powerful musculature – graceful, yet full of energy and expressiveness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis year, the label is once again adorned with an artwork by the artist \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.sven-ochsenreither.com\/\"\u003eSven Ochsenreither\u003c\/a\u003e, whom we highly value.
